By decree of the King, all magical creatures are invited to attend a one of a kind fantasy ball to ring in the new year with fellow adventurers. Escape into a world of wonder and merriment where modern day problems cease to exist. Step through the portal into a land where you may be anything you desire, if just for a night.

A High Fantasy Ball

- After ticket purchase you'll be mailed your official invitation, to present at the door for admission. 

- The night will be hosted by the cast of House of Homebrew

- Live music appropriate to a renaissance and fantasy affair. 

- A tavern with a full bar and feast table.

- A small medieval market. A handful of vendors will be on sight selling their magical wears to patrons.

- A party bus will be available to transport you from a designated parking lot to the party.

- Midnight Toast to ring in the new year

- Fantasy costumes are required, and dress code will be strictly enforced.
Those not of proper attire will not be allowed entry, no refunds, no exceptions.

- The evening of December 30th join the cast of House of Homebrew at Mythic mead for a mead tasting and experience a live play through of Roll With It with two cast members and DM Jamie.
- Start your day with an hour long private ballroom dance lesson exclusive to our attendees.
- Admission to the event and access to all entertainment.

FAQ

Why Boise?
This is where House of Homebrew is based and all the actor's live. The city is full of great things to do!

Where do we park?
We recommend to all our attendees to ride share, and get an uber. For one, if you plan on drinking, we want everyone to get home safely. Also, the event is right downtown Boise. There are a lot of festivities going on for new years eve, streets will be blocked off, traffic will be bad, and parking will be slim to none. We will be offering a party bus shuttle to and from a designated parking lot for our guests from 7:45 to 10pm. Please note after 10pm the shuttle bus will be done, so you'll either need to uber or walk back to your cars. If you want to risk it, there are parking garages all over downtown boise, but due to the nature of the holiday, these could easily fill up. We also recommend leaving to come to the event earlier than you might think, our guess is that traffic in the downtown area will be pretty roughand add 10-20 mins to travel time.

Do I need to wear a costume?
Yes. As stated above, dress code will be firmly enforced and people who show up without fantasy attire will be turned away even if they have a ticket. This is an immersive event please respect the nature of the event. No refunds. 

Can I come from out of town?
Of course! We'd love to have visitors from anywhere. There are plenty of hotels right in the heart of downtown you could easily walk to and from the party! The Boise airport is just a ten minute drive from downtown. Please note public transportation is not as great as big cities, we recommend Uber or ride share.

What is House of Homebrew?
House of Homebrew is a dungeons and dragons youtube show and podcast hosted by James Logan. We're a bunch of fantasy nerds who love to escape into the world of Altedia, a homebrew DnD world of our own making. If you aren't familiar with us, give us a follow on instagram, tiktok and youtube and check out the rest of the website.

If I buy a ticket and can't make it can I get a refund?
We're not refunding at this time. It's too complicated and seeings as this event is a fundraiser, all the money earned goes directly into our show. You can transfer or sell yout ticket to somebody else.

What's the weather like in Boise?
COLD! Please pack and dress accordingly. January is our most frigid month. We will have a coat check at the event for coats and cloaks.

Will there be tickets at the door?
No. This is exclusively a pre-sale event, and we need tickets bought two weeks in advance in order to send your invitations in time.
